As first time buyers we had absolutely no idea what we were doing and James made it so simple and kept us up to date at all times. Nothing was too much for him, and was happy to meet wherever we wished to make it easier for us. Some of the best customer service we have received without doubt. Can not recommend him highly enough.

Jan 28,2020Jo was absolutely fantastic when dealing with our mortgage application back in October last year and more latterly with dealing with our life insurance . Nothing was too much trouble and she really took the stress out of the whole process. Jo was one step ahead the entire time and (as a first time buyer) was incredibly reassuring, prompt and informative and often made me wonder how buying a house could ever be stressful, given how easy the process felt. I first used Justine when I first bought a house, having never been through the process, the confidence Justine gave to the process, advice and guidance was outstanding. Now I am at the stage where I wanted to look at a new deal for my mortgage again she has been amazing, quick to respond, positive and with 24 hours came back to me with a deal I could have only dreamed about. I would highly recommend Justine to anyone looking to buy a house or remortgage, her knowledge, professionalism and positive approach takes all the pressure and stress out of the process plus always comes back with great deals. simply the best

Jan 24,2020This is the first dealing I have had with moneysprite - I cannot recommend them enough. James Berry's service was second to none! Not only sorting out and securing my mortgage initially, but also, the "after sales service" has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Absolutely excellent :) Additionally, during the process, James was away on annual leave for a short period of time - I was immediately put onto another member of the team, who dealt with what was quite a complex situation impeccably! I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown, and the speed of responses I received. Cannot recommend highly enough, and I highly recommend!!! Well done James, and the team :)

Over the past few years Justine has walked me through two property purchases and all the associated financial details. She goes above and beyond to make herself Available and to ensure every detail is covered. Justine has made the entire process as stress free as possible and I cannot imagine sorting out my finances without her invaluable advice and support. I will continue to highly recommend Her to friends, family and anyone else. I would certainly be giving her many more than 5 stars and cannot thank her enough for her invaluable service.

Jan 15,2020My recent remortgage was the 2nd that I've done with Stuart, and similar to the first one; the initial advice, the finding for me the right deal, the support, paperwork checks and requirements, and all of the the legwork done by him to get it all moving was really first class and took away all of the pain normally associated with a remortgage. I have no doubts that I'll be using Stuart for any future mortgage works, and have already recommended him to several friends that are also looking to do the same. Great job Stuart.

Jan 08,2020Sunil Mohan at Moneysprite is amazing! He helped me with my re-mortgage when another broker with a different company failed twice to get the case agreed with underwriting. He is always available at the end of the phone and will always do what he says he will. I have already directed family members and friends to him, I know he will do what he can to help and get it done efficiently.
