Mar 27,2020I used James Berry from this company I can not praise him enough throughout this process. I'm a branch manager of an estate agents who has in house mortgage advisors, but wanted to keep my finances away from work! I spoke to a friend who used James. From the off he was very helpful and informative. I'm a first time buyer who was using a 95% mortgage so he went away with all my information and came back to me in 24 hours with all my potential mortgage products I could go for. James had to apply for my mortgage 4 times due to having a fall through and re-negotiated price on two property's! At no point did he get frustrated with the extra work and he was more than willing to help always making me aware of back up options available. The best thing I can praise about him was the service. At no point did I feel in the dark with what he was doing for me. He kept me updated on every step of the process and even called to let me no if something hadn't developed if it had been over 3 days. Would recommend him to anyone.

Always contactable for silly questions (our first time through the process so we had a lot!) and they really did put the effort and time in to explain everything! Thank you!!!

Lynne chased through the remortgage transaction from start to finish and kept on top of the solicitors. I work in the property industry and I would highly recommend Stuart and his team to anyone looking for free, independent financial advice.

He helped us achieve a great mortgage option with an excellent interest rate and reassured my partner and I when we had concerns. He was friendly, well-informed and experienced in this field, and answered all the questions that I had for him. He quickly responded to phone calls and e-mails and I had several face-to-face meetings with him during the process. Applications and associated paperwork were processed incredibly fast. Overall, I am very confident that I have the best product for my needs, and James certainly helped reduce the stress associated with mortgaging and moving house.

Apr 02,2020As a first time buyer I found dealing with lenders directly to be a frustrating and unhelpful experience, but Stuart was very personable and reassuring, and most importantly he managed to get me a mortgage for the house I'd almost given up hope on. I went through Stuart again when I moved to my second house and he took the time to help me understand what solicitors and estate agents were all arguing about. I can't recommend this service enough!
