Jul 14,2017When you come to buy your first home, it's very daunting with lots of options and things to consider, I did the online research and read the first buyer guides, but this didn't provide the best way forward for us, I also visited the banks etc and they just want to sell their own products. I did some asking around and Liz Obee @Moneysprite was recommended by two independent colleagues at my place of work as someone who would help make things clear to us and someeone who was very helpful..... I was still expecting a pushy financial advisor driven by sales and when Liz arrived we got the complete opposite! We contacted Liz and she was immediately very approachable and make time to fit in around both our schedules, at our request she came to our house and explained the key facts and discussed/ understood our requirements and aspirations, she also reviewed our financial situation to help us understand what would work best for us. I asked a million and one questions and Liz had all the answers without all the added the jargon.. things where finally clear! Liz then ran through the deals that suited us. I already had all the previous research to hand and the deals that Liz offered had much better interest rate/ payment options. it was also made very clear how each different mortgage package would work and change long term with regards interest and the housing market. We set off looking for a house knowing clearly what we can afford to buy! (Exited...) Now for the fun bit, we started looking and during this time we had regular contact with Liz asking advice on house prices, and various other questions that came to mind, which Liz always answered and supported us with a genuine positive attitude. We finally found the house we wanted and put in our offer, we had some negotiations on the house which again we received a more than helpful ear and advise and she helped us tweak our mortgage to suit this., ..We have now completed got the keys and have moved in to our dream home! We would not have our home in the time frame and postcode area we wanted without her help. I would without any doubt at all recommend Liz Obee @Moneysprite for any financial advice, she has her customers best interest at heart. I'm not one for writing reviews but this is one review that needed to be written. Liz Obee (if you read this) you are genuinely one in a million! Thank you from Chris and Melissa

From the moment I was recommended her she has done everything in her power to ensure that my experience has been completely smooth and I have been blown away with the amount of information which she has provided. When she was on holiday, here colleague James was also very helpful and had a detailed handover about my situation, so he could be as helpful as her. 5 stars to Liz and the Moneysprite team! I will definitely always be using Liz in the future as well as recommending to everyone who asks.

It took all the leg work out of arranging a mortgage (I remember doing it myself on my previous mortgage, and it didn't go smoothly). Jul 13,2017Moneysprite is a breath of fresh air when it comes to trying to managing my financial services vs my day job. I recently took out some insurance through Moneysprite. The agent (Stuart Scott), booked an appointment to come see me at my home after 7pm asked me all the questions about cover etc, went away and it was done, documents through the post. Now that's what I call service! Top marks.

Jul 16,2017I have had an extremely positive experience. My situation was extremely complex but despite all the adversity Tam Ambia went the extra mile to help. With little knowledge on mortgages he was able to guide me through the process with integrity. Tam’s level of commitment, honesty and professionalism was reassuring, freeing me to deal with why I initially required the re-mortgage. Tam was sensitive to my situation and the process was made less daunting with his expertise.
