Jul 26,2017Words cannot express how helpful Liz has been! I am a big control freak and couldn't help myself from scouring the internet in search of what I thought would be the best deal. Because of this I had so many questions for Liz, every time she helped me and gave me the answers I was looking for, and nothing was too much! But she went even better and found us a deal that blew all of mine out of the water. As first time buyers we were slightly daunted by this huge commitment but Liz has guided us through excellently, helping us not only understand the mortgage but also the whole house buying process. I have already recommended Liz to many friends and family members, and will certainly be digging out her number when it comes to remortgaging! Jul 25,2017where do I start?? I was dreading moving having bought a council house and still being within my 5 years before we could sell. We had to swap our current mortgage to a buy to let and then apply for a new mortgage for the new house!! STRESS STRESS STREES....... Nope not with LIZ OBEE around she was absolutely amazing! took all the stress away, I've been in my new house 3 months now and it was all completely stress free. This lady knows her stuff she really is one of a kind. I would recommend her to everyone.

Jul 25,2017When my partner and i were starting the priocess of buying our first property we had no idea what to do. Liz was recommended to us by a family member and what a brilliant experience. Liz sat with us and went over the details and broke down all the confusing jargon that can come with buying a house. She kept us updated with how the process was going and helped in any way she could. As first time buyers we were not sure what toe xpect when dealing with a mortgage. Jul 25,2017I went to Moneysprite for my first time buyers mortgage and was amazed my the service I received from them. Justine and I had a meeting before I had purchased a house and we went through what I could afford and how much I could borrow which helped a lot. When I found the property I liked I rang Justine and told her and we started the process straight away. I feel like Justine went above and beyond for us to get the mortgage we wanted. I did met the estate agents mortgage adviser after I had the offer accepted and I was told that I would struggle to afford the house. I went back to Justine after this meeting and was told that he had fed me lies and was clearly working for a mortgage company. I would 100% recommend Justine and I have to my friends and family who are looking to purchase or renew there mortgage.

From complete and frank honesty to knowing she's 100% working for me and not to please an estate agent or solicitor I can't fault her. It's hard to trust someone with such an important decision and so much money but I can honestly say I no longer shop around; I just go to Justine.

From start to finish (which was not long I may add) she was an absolute professional and went over and above the call of duty including answering some of my queries outside of work hours , this was greatly appreciated due to my shift work. I can not recommend her and the company enough, and in fact did so to a work colleague, who also received the same exemplary standard of service which is obviously the norm from this highly rated and professional company.

She is always extremely helpful and efficient and her advice is sound. She goes out of her way to help and has even made several house calls to help us out and move things along quicker for us. She us friendly and always has a smile on her face and I would be quick to recommend her and Moneysprite.

Jul 22,2017Tam Ambia has been extremely proactive with our mortgage application, especially as we needed to have the offer received within 2 weeks. He was able to achieve this for us and thus we were able to make the completion deadline set by the developer and save a significant amount on the property as the developer wanted to complete before their year end. I would continue recommend him to others.

Jul 21,2017We were recommended to use moneysprite by a neighbour, who he specifically mentioned Darren. So we enquired and within a day Darren had met with us and was very professional and honest. Within two days we put an offer in and it was accepted. I don't think we would have had the best deal or as much information if we hadn't gone with Moneysprite. Darren was always prompt with his response and ensured everything was done when needed. We will definitely be in contact with him when we remortgage.
