I was buying something from an online seller which offered this with a £5 discount but I wasn’t aware of the charge. I bought the products then noticed the charge. I contacted Moona and they were very good giving me a discount. They seem very honest and above board. When COVID is over and I am ordering more stuff I will be joining them again. The sign of a good company is how they deal with customers when something goes wrong and I am very happy with the service.
