Feb 27,2024Communication at all points from first booking to final drop off on return journey was excellent. Really professional, very efficient and great quality service. Uk office contact was very responsive to queries, text emails and text messages in the run up to our journeys were timely and reassuring, the vehicle was clean and comfy and Steve our driver was excellent.

Feb 06,2024We have used Mountain Rescue a few times now and they have always provided a first class service. The communication is excellent, from initial enquiries through to transfer. Simon is always extremely helpful and friendly and has accommodated our last-minute changes and requests with no problem. The vehicles are very clean and well maintained and we travelled in comfort. Our drivers have always been most helpful and friendly. Top marks to Roz last week who skilfully negotiated the chaos on the roads caused by the French farmers and got us safely to LaTania. Mountain Rescue have a personal & professional touch and I would highly recommend them.

Jan 31,2024We used Mountain Rescue for our recent return transfer from Grenoble to St Martin de Belleville.We were arriving and departing on different flights which wasn't an issue.Booking was straightforward and communication excellent.Both the drivers we had were very pleasant, punctual and we felt safe.On our return trip we had to take a slight detour to avoid the farmers blockade of our route to the airport. This had all been factored in in advance. I would certainly recommend them.

Jan 11,2024Mountain Rescue Transfers were used via our holiday company Alpine Answers. The booking process was extremely easy. The price was good. Communication beforehand and on the day was excellent. The staff were prompt, visible, organised. The bus was big enough and the drivers very friendly and safe. I would definitely use them again.

Jan 11,2024They were fab. We had a complicated set of transfers with people arriving on different days/times etc then all travelling back together. The whole thing was amazing. Even with heavy traffic on the main roads, our driver, really carefully, found back roads, side roads and ways through. They drove so well and thoughtfully that my Mum didn’t get car sick, which is really unusual. Cannot recommend them enough. No stress at all- amazing text and email communication. Quicker, too to get there and back, because they can take local routes closed.
