Feb 13,2025I needed a rear wiper blade for my V60 estate..after ordering 2 off the Internet that didn't fit I emailed the parts department..I had a really prompt reply from Lukas..I had said I would like to pick the blade up in 3 days time, Lukas advised me that he had ordered one and it would be available on the day I requested. I called in the garage and met the Lovely Lukas, he was kind enough to fit it for me and it fitted perfectly..Lukas is a great advert for the garage, his customer service went beyond my expectation..It was really refreshing to be served by someone who did exactly what he promised..excellent

Juan Romero was the sales person and he looked after me very well. He was helpful, informative and professional throughout. I told him at the start I didn’t want any other products and I was only interested in the car, Juan took me through the steps of buying a vehicle at my pace. All in all a pleasant experience. We then visited MRG without notice and Juan was great. He was interested, accommodating and friendly. We bought a car from him the next day. Juan gave us advice about finance and was just lovely to deal with. He responded to my questions and I went from choosing the car to 3 days later picking it up. Thank you Juan!
