May 13,2024It seems to take too long to get a response when a ticket is submitted the majority of the time. When you call in, they usually have to contact someone else, I have waited as much as 5 weeks to get an issue resolved because no one had the knowledge except Kathy Rajewski, and she is overwhelmed it seems.

Beware of this company - after a 2 year contract they have an automatic renewal of another two years, they don't put this clearly in your initial contract but in a tiny link to a terms and conditions site where it is very hard to find. We only discovered this when we found out after being with them for over two years and trying to cancel our expensive subscription. They are not transparent at all and their customer service is terrible. No responses to emails and noone answers their multiple phone lines. As soon as we are out of contract we will be going to a competitor purely due to their terrible customer service underhanded tactics.
