May 04,2024I like very much that I can integrate offers with other CTM users. It makes it easy to both view documents in real time. I also like the SmartDocs feature. Often, I get documents that require signature, but are not writeable. I value the utility of Smart Docs very much!

May 03,2024Time consuming and difficult to reinstate. No direct phone number for CTM on MRI website. For a tech company, you barely get a C. Other contract software much easier to use. You must be the same people who developed common core! Sadly, it is the one most of denver uses. Your sales department is better than your tech side.

May 01,2024MRI does alot of things that work. However, there are a number of things it does not do. So I think alot of the time when changes or updates are made, real world practicality is not taken into account, or clients consulted.

Apr 29,2024I am overall happy with this software. I struggle with miscellaneous docs at times. If I turn off auto and edit the document, it will automatically load only my signature in everybody’s signature box. I have complained about this issue before but it hasn’t changed.
