Unfortunately I live in a an area of the UK with zero Korean restaurants so I have been missing out. Discovering this company has been amazing that I can get FRESH authentic kimchi that tastes just like in Korea delivered. Thanks again!

Oct 17,2023I used to be married to a Korean girl who made me kimchi according to her family recipe that had been passed down for possibly centuries and have eaten in some top Korean restaurants in London and even from a Korean chef once. The fresh kimchi that I received from here was, hands down, the best kimchi I've ever had. I'm definitely ordering some more. It is really easy to order on the website and I just need to leave it for three or four days at room temperature and I can see it fermenting. Once it is fermented I can put it in the fridge and have it every day with my food. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Oct 15,2023Well...I gave 3 stars as so far everything has been great...but maybe don't send this until 3 to 4 days after delivery as instructed by you....you should leave the product to do its thing before eating. 😉 So far service is great, communication great, instructions great 😀

The delivery is always on time. The packaging is amazing. I cannot fault a single thing. I will be ordering from here for a very very long time !

They've ignored my instructions about delivery and have made repeated attempts to deliver the order to my home address despite me telling them not to and providing an alternative delivery address via the Royal Mail app. I've no idea where my order is or if/when I'm going to receive it. I won't be ordering from you again.
