Sep 13,2020Very disappointing experience. First lot arrived and had leaked. Rang Mr Kimchi and he agreed to send out a 2nd order to a different address as it was for a gift and we hoped it would arrive intact if sent direct. 2nd batch sent to the first address and had leaked once again. Refund requested,but to date not given. Feeling very robbed!! Needless to say will never order from again as was a waste of time and money.

Sep 09,2020I ordered three jars of kimchi, table cut, non vegetarian, with regular delivery, and expected it to come after a few days. it came the next day, which was fantastic! i left it at room temperature for two days, and the fermentation was upped, as the website mentioned, which was great. I've had it with all sorts of different food and the flavor is fantastic, and the digestion is easy. It's the only way i can eat cabbage. Thank you for the recipes as well! I wish I could buy it more often, but this was a treat from a friend, so those recipes will come in handy.

Sep 07,2020We love korean food and bought a couple of jars as a trial - it was delicious, much better than some of the kimchi attempts we found at our fancy local food store. We're now buying the 2kg 'family' pack which is good value: the longer you leave the kimchi the more fermented it will be; 'older' kimchi (e.g. as you get to the end of the family pack) is great for making kimchi fried rice or kimchi jiggae.

Sep 30,2020I wrote to this company once - they never replied. I have never ordered from them. I have requested that I am removed from database, but here I am a couple of years later still on it. I still regularly get spam mail from them and from other organisations too (but with their details in the strapline), so clearly their database has been hacked in the past and my data compromised. Mr Kimchi however has never bothered to tell me this, or take me off their database. BEWARE giving them your information! Edit: Thank you for your response but GDPR is only as good as the data systems that you use to keep your customers data safe. Your company have clearly been attacked by malware, yet you have not informed your customers that you have lost some of their data. Under GDPR you should have reported such an incident to the ICO. Did you? From looking at their website it doesnt look like it. Also GDPR means that you should not keep customers data for longer than is absolutely necessary, however mine has been kept for years, despite me asking repeatedly to be removed from your database.
