Oct 19,2023The first fork handle delivered was not of merchantable quality (loose handle and poorly formed and sharp rivet heads). The replacement product has good riveting but the handle is as loose as the first. The maker has a manufacturing problem - wooden handle turned to a too small diameter to make assembly easy, which makes the handle loose.

I could see it had happened in transit and was beyond their control, but I got a very fast response when I contacted them and a replacement was sent out very quickly. Superb customer service.
