When placing the order on a Thursday there was no option for next day delivery, so I called Mulberry Moon several times but on each occasion there was no reply. I also emailed in response to the order confirmation and separately requesting if I could pay for next day delivery for the Friday, but still no response until the following day, by which time next day delivery was too late for the occasion I needed this item for. However as a goodwill gesture I was told that Saturday delivery had been arranged and guess what, even then the order didn't arrive until the Monday morning. I emailed on the Saturday asking for them to track my delivery but again no response, and to this day there has been no response or apology! I won't be buying from this company again.

My picture was more beautiful in reality! It was so well packaged I struggled to open it. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you ❤️

My ordered arrived packaged well. My only concern was that I had an email from the delivery company advising my ordered was showing it was delivered when it hadn’t been! After a couple of days it did arrive and I am thrilled with my room diffusers

I placed my order at 5th Feb 2019, I have been waithing for 6 weeks now and still have not received my item yet. I went to track my item, it showed IN DELIVERY DEPOT, I called customer Team few times at working hour time, No one answered . I am very disappointed!

I purchased a piece of art from here. The price was cheaper than found elsewhere and the delivery was prompt. The art was very well packaged (perhaps too much so but shouldn't complain!). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Fabulous item well packaged. Took a little while to arrive and was unable to get through on phone . also first email went unanswered. However I did get reply to my second email saying they had been unavoidably away from the office
