Aug 24,2017I order from Munchery and have had a membership for quite a while. Why? because I can track my caloric/sugar/gluten free requirements and the food is good but not consistent. The delivery charge is way too high (especially for a member and given all the alternatives in NYC) and the menu gets really boring after a while. Many times the food e.g. salmon is completely dried out. I may order from Munchery for a bit more...but have now found another food delivery service which is so healthy, so delicious, so quick to deliver and I think I will switch.

Aug 24,2017Too much cream and butter. Not enough fish fish other than salmon. Potatoes with most meals. So much spicy food. Not enough variety. Many of the same menu for 3-5 days

Aug 24,2017The food is almost always excellent and interesting, and the portions are generous. Preparation is simple, and in a few minutes one can enjoy a restaurant quality dinner as the food is well seasoned, unlike other services I have tried. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the delivery is reliable and on time. There could be a greater variety of choices, and I don't know why desserts were eliminated. I order from Munchery about 3 times per week and would probably order every day if the menu varied more. I wish there were weekend delivery service. A great company!!

Aug 24,2017Some meals have been fine, others not up to expectations. They have increased their prices since I started over a year ago and also added more delivery charge from when I first started. For the last six times I have ordered, probably only two were what I expected. I was thinking of cancelling but it is convenient to have food delivered to your house. I could spend $20 easily with just cost of one item with the delivery charge. I will try a few more times.

Aug 24,2017I loved Munchery when I first started using them a little over a year ago. But then they required an annual subscription fee ($80+), but still, I went with it because I liked the convenience, flavor and price of the entrees. But over the past year, it's become more and more expensive. First, they raised their delivery fee. Then, the cost of the entrees started increasing (some prohibitively... $19+ for a lobster roll for one?!). And when you finally earn a 'free' entrée, you're required to purchase at least $25 to redeem that 'benefit' of membership. Needless to say, I'll be cancelling when my subscription comes up for renewal.

Aug 24,2017Delivery is always on time and without issue, but the food is less consistent. We've had some really great things and some that were just average. Portion size ranges from perfect to way too small. A 2 person cheese plate that was $20 was not really 2 person sized and NOT worth $20. It is convenient and better than fast food, but not exceptional.

Aug 24,2017The menu can use more variety and "excitement". Certain dishes that we enjoy never repeat themselves, which is disappointing. The service is excellent, especially when it comes to punctual delivery time. Ease of order is great, especially now a whole week at a time.
