Nov 05,2024Ich hab den Test vor etwa 4 Monaten gemacht und bin so zufrieden. Die Auswertung war total ausführlich und aufschlussreich. Hab einige der Dinge in meinem Alltag und meiner Ernährung umgesetzt und spüre dadurch tolle Veränderungen. Kann den Test sehr empfehlen!

Sep 10,2024Delivery and processing times are absolutely appalling. My test kit took well over 2 weeks to arrive (to a fellow EU country) and was not received in the lab for a further 5+ weeks. The sample did not undergo sequencing for weeks prior to arrival and the results took weeks following that. The amount of time supposedly needed to process the sample is ridiculous. I am currently doing a Biochemistry degree in Genetics and Genomics and know that sequencing DNA is not a 2+ week long process. My results also seem to be inaccurate as I have been vegan since the age of 9 and the information given is not that of a plant based biome. Furthermore, any 'bespoke nutritional and lifestyle' advice given is rehashed, common knowledge from basic online sources and extremely generalized. I am extremely disappointed with this supposed 'health check service', especially as i required results much more quickly, accurately and efficiently due to the ongoing health issues which led me to take a test in the first place. Honestly you are better off spending €150 on some kombucha and kimchi and saying a prayer.

Sep 06,2024Wish I'd seen these reviews before purchase , twice I've have asked to give feedback on the experience , now 3 weeks in still waiting on results ! Tried to email , no response email . Problem with my password , sent a request to reset it , to tack the order, still waiting for link ! Tried calling , dialogue first in German , then English, then told at the end you have to email , talk about going around and around . Could someone from the company have the courtesy to respond , Please ... Bitte ......Colin Mckee order No. 9260

Aug 31,2024I bought a MYBIOMA microbe test on August 16. It was meant to be delivered by DHL . Their website stated that it may take 14 days to arrive from Vienna. Although I found this excessively long from one EU country to another I accepted it. It is now 16 days later and the package still has not left Germany according to the DHL tracking site. I wrote to the company and they sent a standard email saying I would get package this week . The week passed and I am still waiting. I am writing this negative review because the company states that in order to get a proper result if one is taking prebiotics one must stop them 12 days before. I did this and now my acid levels are back again. The second email I sent to them came back with an answer to give us another chance and the package will arrive within a week. If this is their customer care and service I dread to think more about their product. Sick and disgusted!!

Aug 25,2024Schnelle Lieferung und Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Den Bericht habe ich mit meinem Hausarzt besprochen, mal sehen, wie die Therapie nun anschlägt. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Jul 24,2024I don't like giving such a low rating but it's just impossible. I waited literally a month to receive the kit (and I'm in a literal neighbour country, not that it has to fly across the globe). Then, even though the envelope says "priority shipping" to send it back, it took another month to show they finally received in the lab.... And still waiting for them to even process it and give me the results. It really makes no sense to end up waiting 3 months from order to results for a health check, simply and literally no sense whatsoever. If you need to check your health because you might have some issues, what is the point waiting a quarter of a year for it? Better find some local physical lab.

Jun 17,2024Angefangen mit der Bestellung,dem Testkit ,dem Versand (14 Tage aus Deutschland) und der Auswertung (40 Seiten) bin ich sehr zufrieden.. Die Auswertung wirft allerdings einige Fragen auf...Enterotyp 1 (ich esse kaum Fleisch)okay wahrscheinlich aus der Kindheit oder genetisch bedingt. Dann aber ,ich habe chron.Darmentzündung trotzdem ist bei Entzündung alles okay. Ich habe Rheuma ,trotzdem ist bei Arthritis alles okay. Ich soll top fit sein,bin aber oft müde und abgeschlagen.. Einige Ergebnisse stimmen mit meinen Empfinden überein.Ich vertraue dem my Bioma Team und werde die Empfehlungen versuchen umzusetzen... Insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und finde den Preis des Test sehr gerechtfertigt. Vielen Dank

Jun 14,2024Nach unzähligen Arztbesuchen, Ernährungsumstellungen und sonstigem Hokuspokus weiß ich endlich, warum meine Verdauung meinen Alltag so lange unerträglich gemacht hat… Bin bei meiner Recherche auf die Firma myBioma und ihren Mikrobiom-Test gestoßen und bin wirklich dankbar für die umfassende Analyse und die hilfreichen Empfehlungen. Hätte schon beinahe die Hoffnung aufgegeben, dass sich je was ändert an meiner Gesundheit, aber den Test kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen!

May 22,2024War am Anfang skeptisch was das Produkt anbelangt. Bin über eine gute Freundin auf die Tests aufmerksam gemacht worden. Also ,Versuch gestartet und muss sagen - bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Bestellung lief unkompliziert,Test Kit wurde recht flott zugesandt. Der Ablauf ist gut und verständlich erklärt. Hatte dann doch noch einige Problemchen mit der Aktivierung. Dank der tollen Hilfe einer super lieben und verständisvollen Mitarbeiterin beim Kunden Support konnten alle Fragen schnell gelöst werden 😀. Dankeschön für die Mühe und vor allem Geduld ☺️. Bin jetzt schon gespannt auf das Ergebnis.

May 17,2024I have to echo the comments I see here. I ordered my test and it had the wrong address. I immediately contacted them to change it and the customer service is so unbelievably slow and ineffective. They told me it had been changed, then I got a confirmation that its going to the wrong address, so I asked them again, of course nothing has arrived. Avoid this company and its tests.

May 10,2024Ordered two weeks ago, said delivery is free. Received a customs bill today for £51.50. I don’t think they filled out the customs form correctly because the value of the item being shipped is close to nothing, it’s a plastic test kit, the price paid is for the service of the testing. But they must have stated the value of the shipped item as above the vat and duty threshold which meant I’d pay VAT as included in the purchase price plus another £51.50 to handle UK customs. Not accepting package. Will have to pester for a refund. They should disclose that they don’t cover duty which may cost an additional 50% of the testing price. At the new price they aren’t competitive. Zoe is a better deal. They should also work on accurately filling out the shipping forms, the test kit is likely €5 of the cost, so the duty forms should reflect the same. What a waste of time and a new annoyance of having to chance for the refund and then find another provider. Don’t buy from here if you live in the UK, or ask them if they can provide information on import fees prior to purchase.

May 06,2024No tracking system for delivery of sample! They told me it’s arrived after I send an email to CS! After a week I received an email that it’s arrived! Now they DELETED MY ACCOUNT! And of course the problem it’s IT! Horrible company! Never buy anything from them! How can you be sure They analyse your simple if they are even incapable of taking care of their logistics flows? I’m afraid to imagine how their Labo looks like

The results came with tailored recommendations that I started following, and I feel like they’re helping already. Along with an anti-inflammatory diet, I’ve added MyBioma’s prebiotics, which seem to support a better balance by reducing the types of bacteria linked to inflammation.
