Essentially had an underbody lance from Kranzle which did not fit even after buying an adaptor so they took back the original order, refunded me the difference and got Kranzle UK to send out the correct unit. Perfect customer service and they are so friendly and easy to deal with. Top notch !!

Nov 11,2023Only been in three times and each time the upstairs is closed. Each time they say they are understaffed but with that nobody can see the products. There is only one person serving so you can be waiting awhile. No good when the other half is in the car waiting with a face like a slapped kipper and waiting to go into town. Plus people ask about each product so time explaining is more time waiting. For a car washing company there were no wash buckets your reordering system needs updating. But apart from that it’s good maybe too many products which can be confusing to a non petrol head. 😉
