Aug 13,2023Been using this company for what feels like an eternity now and thought about time to leave a review. As a company they go beyond for their customer and as far as my experience goes, it doesn't matter if your order is a few small pieces not totaling a massive amount or you have shelled out hundreds or thousands on products, 100 percent care and attention is maintained from the customer services team to packaging etc. Any problems that have arisen have been minor over last year/s I've been using them and have been solved extremely quickly , with either alternatives being offered or refunds. Overall I can't say a bad word against the companies service however my only two niggles postage price and not many sales compared to others. DPD are reliable and I consider the "best" courier however I know it's not cheap to send with them so it would be nice to see cheaper alternatives such as royal mail etc. There are a few sales but nowhere near some other competitors in the market. So overall a fantastic company which you can rely on 100 percent and get your products safely and fast but a touch more expensive but a price I'd pay any day for the service.

I’ve had issues with other vendors that promise next day delivery, yeah £9:95 extra, but actually arrives next day as promised. (Some other detailing supply companies should take note) The icing on the cake is the free gifts you receive with your order. I priced mine up and valued at an easy £9-12.. Awesome product service, Awesome customer service. Definitely a business that stands out..
