Sep 22,2024I placed an order which arrived promptly. The team had accidentally picked a slightly different wax to what was ordered (same brand). They were quick to respond to my enquiry and provided a free postage return label. I've just received the return package with the correct wax with a complimentary sample pack. This was unexpected and very kind of them. I have used My Car Cleaning before and will continue to shop with them. Great service and recommended to others.

Sep 16,2024just now New Used them for a First order it arrived damaged, not very fast to deal with the issue then when I did get a response it was always very late at night, the item was to be sent back to for them to then send a new one out which was going to liss the deadline that I needed it for, I then offered for me to use/keep it but they offered 10% discount which equates to very little so now need to get a label printed off a family member to then go to a post office to send it back 👎rather annoying so won't be buying again

Sep 13,2024Delivery was next day, items packaged well no leaks, great prices. I have used My Car Cleaning a few times but will now use regularly as they seem to have items in stock rather than waiting trying to order direct from BH, Autofinesse, mequiars etc. Free air freshener in the delivery too!

Sep 09,2024Awful customer service, bought a few products, one came leaking and product everywhere in the bag, I kid you not they asked me to put it on a set of scales and weigh it so they could send me the shortfall !! Have never heard anything so ridiculous in my life! Will never use again, terrible outfit.
