I plan on getting my Continuing Professional Education classes for my CPA license from "MyCPE" going forward. What I like most is the variety of live webinars offered by MyCPE. MyCPE offers a comprehensive list of professional topics that are easy to find using the filtering features of the platform that is user friendly. I highly recommend MyCPE for professional CPE credits. The value you get for the annual subscription cost is extremely good.

Used myCPE for the past 2 years for all my CPE credit. Had an incredible amount of options and was easy to use! Also had a great customer service experience with Jim Ray!

my-CPE offers many course choices under annual unlimited access subscription. That's a plus. However, I’ve discovered that anyone with access to "Welcome to myCPE Family" email that was sent out after purchasing an annual subscription can automatically access my account by clicking “Login Here” link in the email without logging in. I changed my password, logged off my account, cleared all Caches and History, and restarted my computer. But, still “Login Here” link in the email continues giving access to my account automatically without having to login. Such user-specific link in the welcoming email should no longer work once the account holder has secured the account with his/her own unique password. I reported this security breach issue to my-CPE's customer service. Someone from their IT department called me and admitted that it was a technical glitch in their coding and promised me to get it fixed. At the time of writing this review, it's been 7 days, but my-CPE has not resolved this security issue yet. my-CPE website saves subscribers’ credit card, and subscribers cannot delete their credit card without adding a new one. I am no longer comfortable to stay on this unsecured platform.
Quick assessment and resolution of my matter.
I have asked My-CPE to remove me from their email list multiple times via emails to the company. The "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of their emails does not work so I had to email the company. I received an email with a confirmation that I had been removed and yet I am still receiving emails. Please respect the privacy and requests of your potential customers and remove them from email distribution upon request.

myCPE has a wide variety of materials to choose from and thus gives me more than enough courses to fulfill all my CPE requirements each year.
