They are not very responsive. All calls today within normal business hours go to voice mail and no callbacks. The chat robot "We are transferring you to our live agent now!" has me waiting now for twenty minutes. They do not read messages thoroughly or do not understand the problem

I did not know my subscription was set up for auto-re-newal after a year. I did not use the platform enough and found better training content elsewhere. They auto charged my credit card without permission. When I cancelled the very next day it took over a week and a half to get a response. Called the customer service line who then told me I could not get a refund. Refund policy on line states 30 days however they do not honor it. Requested a manager to review it but no luck yet. Beware - as they sign you up for auto renewal . You can find quality training through HRCI and SHRM - and free courses. BUYER BEWARE!
MyCPE offers up to date, relevant continuing education in formats that are very convenient to complete, even for a person with a very busy schedule. Also, the representatives are very quick to respond any time I have had a question. A huge library of courses at a reasonable price makes it a great resource for CPAs.

I've used My-CPE for two years now for CPE credits. I had to contact support for a glitch in the polling questions (first glitch I've run into with the system). They were able to correct right away. Very efficient and friendly customer service.
