Aug 23,2023I had a problem with reporting my continuing education and they quickly realized what I was missing and helped me fix the issue. Also, it is so useful that the helpful "Chat" feature they have on the website automatically reopens if you click on anything accidently or if they require information you do not have on hand. If they need any information you can still browse to find any information they need without having to start over with someone else after finding the information.
