I requested support information to send my manager because their offerings were amazing and had so many resources for earning pre-approved certification credits. Their customer support person (Steven Edwards) responded and sent me all the supporting information quickly. I'm referring to just a few seconds to help me convince my boss this was a trusted and valuable resource.
