Nov 02,2021it is 102 days since we first contacted Myflightsearch.com. We thought we were booking with Westjet.ca but clicked on the above by mistake. Our booking number FSON619317 was issued with a wrong name so we immediately called back and told them We were assured there would be no charge on our credit card received a email saying so and the booking was cancelled. Needless to say our credit card had two pending debits from the above on it. We called them and was told that the agent didn't have the authority to say no charges would be incurred and we would receive a credit in 1-2 billing cycles. We waited in good faith and then phoned customer service again and have been told wait 7 more days, 3 more days and so on. When we call them, customer representatives must be in another country because they are difficult to hear, say the same thing (wait) its being taken care of or simply hang up. Very frustrating and as seniors living on a fixed income, we could certainly use our refund! This company doesn't care about their name, and although they gave us a small refund so far the outstanding balance being much greater has not been credited to us. We have told them that we have the time to critique Myflightsearch.com and will continue to do so but will not hold our breath on getting our money back!

Oct 16,2021They never sent me the E tickets the day I booked may 2021 and made all kinds of excuses..the most is ..in 48 hours your get your email. Yet in Sept 2021 still nothing..I told them to cancel they sent a stupid email stating they would now OCT 2021..My bank gave the money back and they are starting an investigation on them as well..as I wasn't the first customer to get screwed .. ...Looking at the reviews funny had they a ton of 5 star all in Sept 7th what a joke..must had their crooks do this dirty work...as I can say is they have no idea what is coming to them !!!

Oct 12,2021They canceled my ticket 2 days before travel, via email and no one answers the phone when you call. They didn’t refund my money and now I am paying double for a new flight. I feel like a fool for trusting this random website, don’t trust the 5 star reviews, it just isn’t true.

Oct 10,2021I booked with this company and got a random check at the airport. The check included showing them the card used to pay for the ticket, then the card on file want even my card, it was my flight searches card… so i called my flight search and it was a headache. On the phone for 6 hours because every agent hung up on me or was useless. Finally someone from my flight search issued me a refund because they refused to go to their local airport to verify the payment method. Probably because they r scammers anyways. It was my birthday and im a single mom so it really sucked. Now its over 2 months later and still no refund. Emailed 6 times to no replies at all. Do NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL

Oct 04,2021Myflightsearch is very big fraud company and website. Company not given my salary or other part after terminate me. I wait last 6 month for my salary but they are not respond . I drop to many time mail and call the accountant but no one any reply. My suggestion not join this company . Parante company name is xcelserv solutions pvt. Ltd. Company not given your salary after terminate you and not received your call. And all positive reviews is paid. So you see only positive reviews. Or make fake reviews after native reviews.

Sep 02,2021I booked my trip through myflight.com. I was able to get to my destination but couldn’t return to the US because there wasn’t a return flight. These people are scammers so be careful. The contact numbers no longer working. I called all of the numbers 13 times and I also sent emails. Please be careful people when booking through these websites. All of these 5 star reviews are from the scammers, not travelers.

Aug 17,2021These reviews are lies. Check the BBB site for real review. This company is the worst travel company I've ever dealt with. They never delivered my plane tickets and never refunded my money as they said they would. Finally had to file a claim with my CC company to get mu money back.

Jul 31,2021TERRIBLE ! I booked a flight on June 7th 2021, cancelled it on June 8th, 2021 as I needed connecting flights they couldn't arrange. The email I received the day I cancelled said my refund had been sent to VISA and it "could" take up to 2 billing cycles to receive my refund. I have emailed and called 4 times... two plus billing cycles and almost 2 months later - and still NO REFUND! This morning - they said the request was "in the process of being submitted to VISA and I could respect a refund in a week, then they said a week to 14 days and then said within 2 billing cycles" - all within the same 11 minute phone conversation. They hung up me when I asked specifically for the date they sent the refund request to VISA. I have already spoken to VISA and confirmed if the request had been submitted to them - they process it within 48 working hours - so it's never been submitted. Previous calls before toady - they have said exactly the same thing and last week I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they said someone would call me back within 24 hours - you guessed it - no call ! This morning when I asked for the specific date they sent the refund request to VISA the rep told me he doesn't have to give those specifics and asked me to hang up. I said I was not ready to hang up as I didn't have an answer to my question yet so he hung up on me. I would never use them again or recommend them... I only used them as someone I am travelling with had booked through them - they are dealing with the same issues....

Jul 28,2021Very bad service, cancelled my supposed flight within 24 hours and still haven't received my refund after more than a month. Im pretty sure this is a bogus flight service. Don't use. I've called 3 times and keep getting the run around and when I called Air Canada to see if there was really a flight booked under my name they couldn't find one, even a cancelled one.

Jul 20,2021This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers! Do not give this company any of your personal information. They will screw you over!!! I booked a flight through this company and spelled my other passenger's name wrong which prompted me to immediately call their customer service. I reached a person in another country who told me I would need to pay a charge to change her name. When I objected to this he became abusive which sent red flags up immediately. I immediately began reading other customer reviews which were also nothing but 1 star reviews about this company being fraudulent and scammers. I had a pending charge which went through from southwest airlines who I then called to ask about my booking. They had no evidence of any charge from my card and also had no reservations with my name. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge which I'm now still waiting on so I can get my money back and book a new flight. Save yourself the trouble by staying away from this company!!!!!!

Jul 13,2021Don’t book through this. This is a scam company! They’ll take your money and not refund it back. Don’t be fooled by the reviews on this website that have 5/5 stars. I’m pretty sure they’re bought reviews because this company isn’t legit. If you look on the reviews through google or a quick “my flight search + scam” you’ll see many many stories that are similar. Don’t use them! They are not reliable. They will take your money!

I tried to call and the phone goes dead when you call. United Airlines warned my son of this company when he finally called them to verify his flight.

Jun 27,2021I booked a flight and change a last name after booking they told me we have to cancel a do another one and I wi get my refund on this one within 2 weeks, cancel and booking was easy, but Getty money back is been a headache I been contacting them 4 times already since 5/3/21 today I called again and they told me 14 more days but unfortunately that's what they been telling me every time I call so be very careful while you booking so you don't have to go through this issue, personally very disappointed with their customer service!!

Jun 23,2021Don’t book a flight with MY FLIGHTSEARCH.COM. They failed to book my flights with the airline. They never sent me an e-ticket. On my way to the airport I checked my fight status. Southwest Airlines had no record of me being on the flight they booked for me. I had to rebook directly through the airline at a much higher price. Avoid this site to book flights. Book your fights directly with the airline a few weeks in advance.

May 16,2021I booked a flight with this company, to which I know for a fact that I put in the correct dates for departure and return. When I received my confirmation e-mail, I saw that the dates were incorrect. When I called their "customer service" to have them correct this, I was told that I had to pay an addition $250 for this because the "original" booking date was within a 7 day window and I was not allowed to cancel or change the dates for free. The reason the dates were within the 7 day window was their fault and the women who I was speaking to became extremely rude and hung up on me. When I called back twice, each time I was hung up on. Look at other websites regarding reviews for them, they are ALL bad. Not sure why this website has any good reviews.....seems very scamish to me. PLEASE do not support this company, you will get ripped off.

May 13,2021This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with! We are owed a credit from myflightsearch.com and it has been virtualy impossible to get it. I called and spoke to at least five different people, I was disconnected twice, I was also told from two other people that someone would call me back within 15-20mins, 5 hours later still no call. I called again to try and get this taken care of, i spoke to a gentleman who said he had put in a priority order and that I should hear from someone within an hour or two, I waited 4 hours and again no call. I called around 20 more times and got no answer, only an answering service telling me to leave my name and number and they would return my call shortly, highly doubtful since I had already waited for 9 hours already. I called one more time and finally spoke to someone who told me i would need to call in the morning for bookings. Seems strange when all of their emails and adds on their website say 24/7. Update: I finally spoke to someone who listened to my whole story and then he apologized many times for the inconvenience. I was told again that they were making this a priority and that I should wait until the end of the day and that I would definitely hear something before then. It has now been 48hrs and I have heard absolutely nothing from this company. I would not recommend this site unless you enjoy being completely frustrated and angry, but if that's your thing then by all means, have at it!

Nov 05,2021This company is absolutely HORRIBLE!!. I had a ticket cancelled with them since July 19th. I have waiting for my refund. Every time I call I am constantly being told they will escalate the refund and it should be there 2-3 days. They then said it will definitely be there October 25th, It was not. They are bunch of lying inconsiderate people who should not be allowed to operate a business like this. They owe me $390.08 USD. If I could give a negative rating I would. Please avoid this company at all costs! A complete Scam!
