I have called to see what's going on with my parcel (because it was a bit delayed and there was a discrepancy between locations) and the manager/owner was very polite, professional and reassuring. Upon arrival I have noticed the parcel was really well packaged and the box was sturdy. Well done, Myfooden!

Jan 20,2023I requested a low selling, low demand item now out of stock and the owner contacted me within 24 hours to offer to buy in the stock number I wanted in their next order. Not only did he return my email but remembered me from a previous enquiry months prior. Within a further 24 hours the owner informed me he had improved upon my wait time by finding another stockist and I could place my order that day at no additional costs to me. It is the same day at the time of writing this and my order is now shipped. I doubt you'll find a more professional, friendly and accommodating company. Highly recommend.
