I didn't even know there was a mistake and never contacted the company yet they still felt they needed to make up for it. Amazing service. Truly the best place to go for your fragrance samples.

Mar 02,2024I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with My Fragrance Samples! They have a really good selection, and the best prices to buy small bottles to test a scent before buying, or just have a small decant/partial of a perfume you don’t need a full size of. The prices are good and customer service is top notch. I don’t know of many companies that are as accommodating to their buyers like MFS. They want any and all feedback and strive to give the best buying experience possible. Highly recommend!

I had an allergy related matter with a fragrance I mistakenly ordered and I was personally assisted by Mark Mobley the President via email who removed the product and adjusted my order.
