( because I totally did not change it while I was shopping.) So I email to my order number and let them know that I want to change the shipping address. They change it and looks like nothing happen. ( everything went well) thanks.

Contacting customer service was easy and with a real person behind to respond back with any questions. Customer service responds back without a long wait time in between and accommodates to unexpected changes. They put attention to the packaging making their best effort to assure each order arrives without any breakage or leaks. I must say that is no guarantee as shipping items take risk for in consideration should someone receive a bad order. I was pleased with both their customer service and effort to packaging; that the main reason for ordering from this company became an add on towards the entire experience. Last thing definitely became a fan with their 97 cents deals!

Feb 15,2024I loved this option as an alternative to buying an expensive full size bottle. I gave two samples as a Valentine's Day gift and it was perfect. This way, he can try them out, see if he really likes them, and if not, try something else. Things I really loved about this experience: 1) Shipping was fast and the bottles were packaged very well. 2) I loved the hand written "thank you" on the invoice! 3) Additional free mini samples were a fun addition. 4) Again, it is just a great option if you don't want to purchase the full size bottle.

Feb 13,2024Good price and very fast shipping! 16 ml bottles sprayers do not work very good wish the sprayers on the bottles where a little better. But will definitely buy from here again. Very very happy and satisfied with fragrances that were sent.
