Aug 25,2023My fragrance sample arrived completely shattered. The glass vial was wrapped once around with a thin sheet of bubble wrap & mailed in a soft sided bubble mailer envelope. In comparison, I purchased samples from a different company & their glass vials were wrapped with ELEVEN layers of bubble wrap & they also lined the envelope with cardboard.
