Quick turn around getting my samples to me and great follow up on questions I had. Each sample came with a certificate of authenticity. I've noticed a lot of other companies do not include this, and I've gotten samples that literally smelled like straight alcohol. Which is used to water down the original product to make it last longer. Great business and I will definitely be buying again as I'm looking for a new scent to sport around. Thanks

When I received the order, I was very confused. There is absolutely no markings on the bottle, and it comes with a business card that is supposed to assure me the perfume I paid over 100$ for is authentic. Not feeling comfortable with us at all. I've been trying to return the item for over a week. The number they list for customer service does not answer their phone nor they return messages and I have sent several emails asking for help. I'll have been ignored today. I'm getting ready to file a dispute with the payment method.. I will never buy from here again just based on their lousy customer service, and not feeling it piece that the item is actually what I purchased Edit....someone finally got back to me, however they denied a return. Basically, they sent me a laundry list of their policies, procedures and no refund policy, even though I never sampled what I received. What I failed to do was read that they do not provide your purchase in sn original manufacturer bottle and im just supposed to trust that what I bought is authentic, and I can't trust that it is. If authenticity is of the greatest importance to you, and your not ok with receiving a generic plain bottle filled with God knows what, you may want to pause before you buy from this company. I could have purchased from any legitimate perfume retailer, and paid the same But I didn't and I'm stuck with whatever this is. I wish I'd seen a review that reflects my experience before I purchased, But for people who don't read every single word on the website and just assume you're going to get at least appears to be the real deal,I hope this helps someone else from making the mistake I did .

I always get what I ask for, and it fast, but the real kicker is the free samples, and not just because you get free samples, but I have often found the free samples to be better than the fragrances I chose to purchase decants of haha. I have found myself buying full bottles of the free sample fragrances more than the decants as well.

I wrote a 5 star review a year or so ago, so its time I do another. I have bought decants from so many websites that I do not even remember a lot of them. I do remember the good ones which were all fine experiences. However, I only write reviews for the one site that I consider to be the absolute best. Ive placed numerous orders with myfragrancesamples.com and I have never had any issues. I cant even come up with 1 single thing that I would change. I place my order and next thing I know,. Ive already got shipping confirmations in my email. Same day most of the time. Also, none of those other sites have ever sent me free samples to try out. You get that every order here. 5 Star Website.... 5 Star Communication.... 5 Star Customer Service..... Top Quality Products. As a customer here, you are treated in a manner that you just dont get anymore in this day & age. Again, I never write reviews and there is no benefit whatsoever for me putting this on here. Im doing it because Im just so impressed and so appreciative for how things are done on this site.
