I emailed the company and got a response within hours and they apologised and sent the missing item out asap. The second order was perfect! Excellent selection on their website with good information about the product. Good customer service and fast delivery.

Feb 01,2016An email from My Itchy Dog is being kept as evidence that they are fully aware that the product description on my order was: "My Itchy Dog Neem & Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner" And that they hid the fact that it was conditioner only in the sizing info. They state that this has happened before and they are quite willing to rectify the matter for customers and refund their postage. But not for me because I have complained too much. They were asking me to pay approx. £8 in order to obtain a £9.99 product! (£4 to post it back to them and £4 for them to correct your mistake and post me the correct item.) Ridiculous. If there is a mistake with your order, do not expect this company to correct it unless you humble yourself, kowtow, grovel & plead with them.
