Oct 24,2015Purchased Billy no Mates and Ekoneem for my poor frustrated itchy dog.but had to ask if the products were ok for a dog with Pancreatitis.Reassuringly told perfectly fine.Hence my purchase arrived within 4days.excellent

Oct 23,2015I used myitchydog for reference on many occasions, I find their information very helpful. Recently I placed my first order for shampoo and spray, ordering simple straightforward, easy to use website. The postage cost was exceptionally high however, I get many things sent from the UK to Ireland and by all comparison this was very expensive for such a small package, I couldn't get a similar product anywhere else so I placed my order regardless. The parcel arrived very quickly, slight leakage from 1 bottle. I havn't used the product yet so I cannot comment on that. Overall so far I am satisfied.

Oct 23,2015I have ordered several times from myitchydog ,my one dog is allergic to spot on flea treatment so use 'billy no mates' in their food,also used skinny spray in the summer months to deter ticks and have had no fleas at all. I recently purchased skinny shampoo alongside neem cream as my dog has got mange and licks at his feet. I've only been used the past few days and already he's stopped licking the sores. This was the advice from customer service and has really helped,I was also impressed how I received a prompt reply after inquiring what I could use. Products are great,customer service is great,delivery quick. All in all would highly recommend.

Oct 21,2015Like the Farm Food rawhide chews - seems to be the only place I can get them - and the dog loves them. Good value (although may appear expensive) as the dog gets a good three or so nights chew out of them! Also some interesting none chemical treatments for fleas, etc.

Oct 18,2015It was my first time buying from My Itchy Dog and I needed some tick treatments to take with me for my dogs outside the UK. and I ordered before 5pm with next day delivery because I was leaving the country in a weeks time. It was a few days before I even received confirmation of dispatch and the products never arrived the next day. When I contacted them, they told me delivery was attempted twice, which was untrue as I I work from home and was there all week preparing for my leave. They told me they would not refund me the expensive next day delivery, even though the products never arrived. I left the country the next week and someone informed me that they arrived a few days after I left. So, now the products are useless to me because I couldn't take them with me for my dogs and of course, they will not refund my cost of arranging for someone in the UK to send the products back. Completely unreliable service and the company simply told me 'I'm sorry we couldn't get it to you in time, but it wasn't for the want of trying'. I found them quite unprofessional and I do not believe they have the customer's interests in mind. I will not be using them again.

Oct 15,2015I telephoned three times voicemail only answered left message. Then emailed requesting someone contact me as we were going away, no reply. Worried now as tracking says POffice has not received items yet and nobody can take parcels.

Oct 14,2015I contacted My Itchy Dog to ask what products they have available for congenital mange. The lady I spoke to was very informative and was knowledgeable on the products. We also chatted about her experiences of using the product and feedback from other customers, which was great. I received my Ekoneem oil within 3 days and started using it straight away. Within only 4 days the hair had started to grow back and the bald patch caused by the mange had all but gone! It's amazing. I would definitely recommend My Itchy Dog and the Ekoneem product.

Oct 13,2015My Bichon Frise Benji was having real trouble with Harvest mites .He feet were always itchy and all he did was lick them to such an extent he fur changed colour .One Bath with Skinny dip shampoo and it stopped . I have bought the spray to use inbetween baths as well . Great stuff I would recommend this product .

Oct 13,2015My poor Shetland sheepdog has been plagued with a nasty rash on his tummy, that was sore and excema like. A visit to the vet proved expensive with lotions and potions, was it bacterial, was it fungal, or just a hotspot? all of which helped for a little while and then flared up again. I purchased some exceem (neem oil) in the hope it would do the trick and have been very happy with the result as it is all but gone after a few days only. I also have one happy dog Merlin. The tips and service I have had from this company are excellent and I highly recommend them and their prompt service and I will definately keep in touch with their tips for my other 2 shelties, Dougal and Winter. Oct 11,2015This company provided an excellent service. I was notified when the products were dispatched and they arrived on time. I have only used one of the items on my dog and have used it twice. It is too early to say if it has helped my dog's skin condition, but I think she is scratching less. The products were as described

Nov 02,2015Web site is easy to use, speedy delivery, good selection of dog products (but would like more for huskies, e.g. wheat, gluten, dairy free) but no horse treats! Would love natural horse treats and other horse-related items.
