Rang customer services to chase but despite leaving a message, they didn't get back to me. Products are great, but customer service is really none existant. Doubt I'll order from them again.

Jan 02,2016Have received very good service ie the cream arrived quickly. It does not seem to work at all thoughand in fact my dog is constantly trying to lick it off and still itching not sure if I am doing anything wrong. Very disappointed oh and it smells odd too.
