Oct 12,2024Amazing help from Sean over the phone, with replacing ink cartridges step by step, I had no idea how to send a package and he talked me through how to do it easily, when I requested a manual he send me a link straight away for me to use. I am so relieved as I started a new job and there was no one around who knew how to work the franking machine!

He even went the extra mile and came and installed the new machine himself. Really happy with him and our lovely new machine.

Jan 16,2024We have had to printers which we purchased outright. We took a service plan for the printers at the same time. There was a 300£ bill that was missed, the company locked out our printers although we own them. We have provided remittance to show payment yet still we are unable to use the printers. Poor support and now costing our business time and money. Would not reccomend this business under any circumstance unless you wish to work with a business that disrupts your business.
