We couldn't recommend My Mailing Room more highly, in particular Nicolle, who was very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable of the franking machine and couldn't be more helpful from start to finish. We were kept updated with the installation of our new franking machine every step of the way and finally given training after installation, which was informal as we requested and covered all areas, with the offer of extra training and telephone support if required at any time.
Lindsey has been extremely helpful supporting me with some changes in equipment. Lindsey shared a huge amount of knowledge with me in order for me to make the right decision for our organisation and batted back answer after answer to all my queries which was so reassuring. Collection and delivery of equipment was executed perfectly. I was apprehensive of the timescales Lindsey gave me as it all seemed too easy, but Lindsey and the engineer on our case worked to the timescales they provided and even have our equipment returned 2 hours earlier than our deadline! The expertise and professionalism displayed by Lindsey and the engineer working on our case has been exceptional and made the process so much smoother than I ever anticipated. It is so nice to deal with an organisation who has our interests at heart and are so easy to talk to.

Been dealing with this team and Lindsey for years now and I would not change it or the team for anything. They are friendly, professional and helpful. If something needs to be organized they will achieve it one way or another, including account manager personally driving equipment around if necessary! Lindsey, Saffron Tim and the rest of the team are a diamond, across companies, difficult to find.

We contacted My Mailing Room for a machine for folding/inserting promotional materials into envelopes for sending out by post. We were doing about 600 envelopes per week manually and this was taking significant time. Lindsey (Sales) was very responsive and arranged for me to send test materials up to head office for testing. Once they confirmed the model that would suit our needs she visited our office with an engineer to demo how it works. There were options for renting or buying the equipment which was good and we ultimately decided to buy. The machine was delivered fairly quickly at which point we had to chase to get an installation date set up. Unfortunately we soon realised there was a bit of an issue with the machine being fit for purpose. We wanted to use it for 3 inserts - an a4 letter, a trifold leaflet (a4 to start with for the machine to fold into 3) and a single 1/3 A3 flyer and this was the sample material we provided for head office testing and had been told the tests showed it worked fine. The problem we had was with the tri-fold leaflet as you can't programme the model we have to fold in a specific place, meaning the crease was about 1cm off where it needed to be, putting some of our content on the wrong pages. It turned out that when HO tested the equipment they didn't un-stuff the envelope to check the contents (at which point they would have noticed this issue), so whilst the materials we use went through the machine OK (paper type etc.) this was missed. When they came to test at our office we just ran the test with regular A4 paper so didn't pick up on the issue then either. The engineer visited and tried to see if he could resolve without success, but luckily one of our staff came up with an idea for a workaround (we manually put the 1/3 A4 flyer inside the tri-fold leaflet and put both in the rear hopper) which is partly manual but still saves us significant time in not having to fold our letter or stuff and seal the envelopes, but it's not the solution we expected or were sold. Lindsey has been great at going back to try and see if there are any other solutions for us which sadly there are not but hopefully this feedback will be useful as I think being more thorough in testing and confirming a product is fit for purpose would have made this a better experience for us. I would still buy from Lindsey and My Mailing Room again (we also have a franking machine from them), i'd just be more thorough in evaluating needs/solutions first.

I explained what we were looking for on the telephone and within the hour I had an email sent through with the quote which was very professional and easy to understand, all the information was laid out in a great format. Impressed with the price which I found was very competitive. Emails were answered promptly and I couldn't fault the service. From the initial first contact we had the machine delivered very quickly. Even had training for the staff on how to use the machine. I will 100 % recommend My Mailing Room.
