May 25,2024The customer service was very responsive and extremely polite, but unfortunately that's the only positive aspect of my experience. I received an expired product initially. After contacting customer service, a replacement was arranged for the following week, but it was also expired. I was offered a refund but asked if I could get a different flavor instead. After waiting another week for a decision, I opted for the refund. I got my money back but wasted three weeks. Maybe was just unlucky but probably won't try again.

May 20,2024I spent several months in Austria and discovered an amazing protein powder which was superior to any of the "top brands" I'd used in the US. Upon returning home, I wanted to purchase more, but US based seller prices were utterly ridiculous. I then searched the direct European online markets. The first two accepted my order, only to then decide they did not in fact ship to USA despite advertising such services. Ready to give up, I found the My Supplement Shop website, which advertised the product on sale at a seemingly great discount vs the competition. They also offered very fair shipping rates to the US. Too good to be true, I thought, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. The order process was smooth and delivery to my door in central US occurred only six days after the order date!!!! As an added bonus, the total overall cost was still less per gram than what I am already paying the for the best product I could readily get stateside. Update- Returning to order again and I now see that the previous sale price is now the regular price!! Wow! Such a relief to have a reliable, affordable source for this product. (in case you are interested, the product is BiotechUSA ISO WHEY ZERO. The Pistachio is delicious!! (if you enjoy this particular flavor)) Thank you My Supplement Shop!!
