Jun 21,2024I’ve seen a lot of the bad reviews but my experience has been nothing but great. I placed my order sometime last week and received it today. Unfortunately Royal Mail made an error on their end so I contacted mysupplement and they resolved the issue quickly and I received my order soon after. I will definitely be using you guys again in the future. To anyone skeptical about ordering from them I highly recommend you do if you encounter any issues they are quick to help. Also, double check your address to ensure you receive your products!

Jun 14,2024Ordered a product and after a week it hadn't arrived. The company's shipping supplier had sent the product around the houses, sitting in my local depot for 3 days the returning to another countys depot. Customer service was polite and nice. But a glitch in the system sent the product to an address which wasn't mine without a house number. Strange experience. First time customer. Was Probably won't be returning, but now definitely won't be returning. On a second note. The owner takes no responsibility for mistakes but constantly blames customers. Since this review he has aggressively been in my inbox. Avoid at all costs. The reply below is also nonsense. I reached out to them on 4 occasions about my order which should have been delivered by the first initial contact. Their above and beyond service he mentioned was to reply to every message asking me to just be patient, offering no solution until I asked for a refund then he started to become hostile. I provided my address at checkout and they tried to deliver the product to an address that was not mine which also didn't have a house number. Chris Price continues to blame the customer rather then accept responsibility and reassure how this won't happen again. Please avoid, because if it goes wrong the responsibility will always be the customers not My Supplement Shop in Chris Prices eyes and he will then send you abusive messages. I had to block the company to stop the abuse.
