Jul 07,2024Not to happy with the delivery service…! Paid the extra for what I believed was DPD Next day delivery only to be told after that all there delivery’s have the same process times 1-2 days! So really don’t understand why they have different delivery options which cost different prices! No reply from my message asking for delivery refund seeing as I spent over the free shipping cost!

Jul 01,2024Not my error amazons error i didnt know you could put the email you sent me up for thousads to see GDPR you have put my name up there and my name i did ot want published you either take this down or i will start process suing you gor breach gdpr as stated this was not my error but iam not happy with what you have stated errors happen and in this case its been an error i never asked for a refund i just stated I hadn't recieved my item how fare you very poor customer service you need to read your own rules and regulations on gdpr i will be in touch very soon
