He made all the difference .... responded with quick and clear answers on what upto that point looked like a losing cause about hard to find XKR adaptive shockers . Tom solved the problem in no time at all and the overseas shipment arrived before I expected it to . Remarkable !

Due to the delicate nature of the item, i couldn't risk the same happening. The refund followed with 10 days. Shame, the repalcement part was exactly right and would have been an exact match to the original

May 20,2022I ordered the bolt I needed online which was a simple, easy to use site. Unfortunately I had only ordered 1 instead of 2. On realising my mistake I contacted Customer services who were extremely helpful in putting another bolt on my order. I even received a parts diagram from them to ensure I had got the right part. I paid the difference for the extra bolt and a few days later they arrived. A great company with great Customer Serviceand I give them a well earned 5 stars.
