The driver was on time and like the rest of the company on the ball. After a swift phone call the agreed price was transfered to my account before I got back indoors.You wont get better service anywhere in my opinion. Look no further.

Everything then went to plan and the car was subsequently collected and the payment made by the nominated salvage company on the same day.

May 22,2024Tried to get me to agree toa price reduction because the car had been written off yrs ago. Saying accident damage would reduce the value of spare parts. I was scrapping the car because recent accident damage rendered the car beyond economical repair.

May 20,2024My initial online quote was disappointing, but within minutes I got a call explaining where they were from, and that if I gave some more information about the car I might be able to get a better price. I was initially offered £193, but the information had generated a revised offer of £1,100. The price was guaranteed for 24 hours. I accepted the offer 4 days later, with a revised offer of £1,050. There were full explanations by email and text explaining what would happen and what I needed to do. The driver of the recovery vehicle was fantastic, and gave me some flexibility as I was travelling by bus to meet him. The car was collected by 10am and I had the money by lunchtime. I read the Trust Pilot reviews, and agree the service is good, fair prices, minimal effort on my part, and very satisfied. Thank you

May 14,2024Had to scrap my car. Got a low quote for it online so I wasn’t interested but then I got a phone call which I initially thought was a scam but it wasn’t. After some more details and calculations , he got me a much better deal. I thought about it and rang back and the process was very straightforward and efficient . Despite still being anxious throughout the process - they were quick, paid well and made it painless to scrap my car.
