Aug 17,2024Went onto National Scrap Car website and got a quote. Accepted the quote through an email. Then received an email to say they had not been able to get through on the phone and could we ring them to discuss further. Our phone had NOT rung! We got several emails to ask us to ring them and also started getting texts asking to ring them. Interestingly, the telephone number in the emails was different to the number in the texts. I googled who called me and it suggested the number was a scam!! We ignored it all after that. Be careful!
