Jan 11,2024They state "no matter where you live we can guarantee to match you up with a nearby buyer happy to exchange your motor for the sum that you deserve" Although on the mainland, after getting a quote for £174 (about the value of the alloys) I received a text to say "Unfortunately we don't have coverage in your area"

Jan 10,2024Price offered was on the low side, but didn’t realise at the time and verbally agreed it. However the following day I realised and asked to cancel and was told they wanted £600 to cancel. I hadn’t signed anything and collection date not even arranged so no inconvenience to any company. So £600 based on a 5 minute phone call seemed very wrong. (Had an offer for £525 more than their offer). Feel my lack of knowledge regarding the value of my vehicle was exploited.

Jan 04,2024Very good service, but changed the appointment time at short notice. Fortunately I was available for the new appointment. Promised payment before 1800 hrs on the day of collection, but payment was later than this. My wheels and tyres were probably worth more than I got for the whole car, but I couldn't be bothered breaking it myself and needed the car off my drive. Otherwise, very good.
