The communication was appropriate and there was no attempt to hard sell their service. When I phoned them, their agent was great at handling the whole thing, with appropriate questions about the vehicle, clarity of process and what will happen next. The company that ended up taking the car was also excellent in conducting the process, ensuring proper and clear communication and payment was made as expected with no issues. I highly recommend National Scrap Car.
