Feb 05,2025Really bad price offered for sale of my car. When speaking to the buyer, the buyer asking me if there any dents or scratches on the bodywork of the vehicle that I had a quote for £200 scrap value. I don’t see how this is of any relevance. Then the company ask you if you would like to make a donation to charity after offering you rock bottom scrap price ! If I knew what I was doing I would have stripped every part of any value off the car and just given them the shell of the car / frame.

The process of getting a valuation was easy. I submitted some info via the website, got a call back and provided more details and was given an offer I was happy with. They put me in touch with the company who bought my car and within a couple of days it was gone and I'd been paid with no trouble.
