Oct 22,2020Nationwide Bus Charter has such amazing, dedicated staff! Paul Conti was SUPER AWESOME with the planning and organization of our trips. He doesn't just do his job, he goes over and beyond! He was patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was just amazed! It was nice to know that someone like him was there handling everything in the background, any questions we had, he answered, any extras we wanted that we didn't think was possible, he made sure it happened. He was able to tend to all of our needs and our wants! Paul interacts with clients in a very professional and courteous manner. His level of customer service knocks most I've dealt with out of the park! Our experience with Nationwide Charter has always been such a positive one and we greatly appreciate Paul and all his hard work!

Oct 22,2020Paul was amazing and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, the entire process, even though I booked the bus months in advance. We utilized his services to go to Hershey Park and since it was a group of high school students, they made sure the students were safe and happy. The driver even stopped at Dunkin Donuts on the way because it was early in the morning. They were punctual, reliable, and the bus was gorgeous! Paul followed up with me the entire day and following up. I will continue to work with only him!

Oct 21,2020Working with Paul and Nationwide has been great. As a Director of an athletic program sudden changes do come up from time to time and Paul is more than understanding/accommodating. They're always on time and consistently provide great service. I look forward to working with them for all my events.
