J'aime bien lui donner du cru et complémenter avec Nature's Hug. Comme cela je suis certaine que mon chat a tous ses vitamins et tarine. Ps. Je lui en mets aussi sur son cru comme "topper". Bravo!

Jul 31,2023I have paid for the shipping cost and ordered a bag of sample cat food online on July 20,2023. As of July 31,2023 nothing arrived. The received order confirmation email has a link to Shopify to track shipment, but no tracking info shows up there. Their web page chat is offline, sent already 2 emails to info@natureshugpetfood--no reply received. My research revealed,that this company is located in Saint Ferdinand, Quebec and has a local phone number of 819-960-2227,when called it goes to a voice mail with a recorded message in french--I do not understand a single word ! This is so far my worst customer service experience with any Canadian company. If item not received,I will file claim with a credit card company to to refund the paid shipping cost

Jul 31,2023My cat is very picky about her food and this food pasted her inspection!! She likes the taste,the size and the texture of the food she likes to!!! I also love the part that it's good for her and you guys only use natural products!! I'm always trying new food for her but only 3 have now passed her inspection!!

Jul 31,2023My cat, Linus, really enjoyed Nature's Hug cat food. He ate it mixed with his regular dry food and emptied his dish. Will continue to feed it to him. The bag of food was delivered to my home just days after ordering it. Excellent job! Thank you for the coupons and frr cat food.

Jul 31,2023Both cats won’t eat it. I left some out and one cat did try a bit and puked it up. The other cat ate a tiny bit and never touched it again. I read the reviews before I ordered it and was impressed by all the great reviews. Sadly, this doesn’t live up to the hype. Tried with my neighbours cats too and they wouldn’t touch it. Cats are obligate carnivores. My cats are raw and whole prey fed so they prefer real protein. I even tried to crush up treats to get them to eat it. My cats just don’t like it. I continued to try it but they just don’t want it. I will try to pawn it off on a shelter so it doesn’t go to waste. Thank you for the opportunity to try it for the cost of shipping.

Jul 31,2023My Australian Shepherd is a very pick eater so I thought I’d try Nature’s Hug. The price was right and the shipping was super fast. The reviews were wonderful. Unfortunately, after trying him on the food for a number of days (still mixing it) he turned his nose up at it even when it was given as a treat. The kibble was much bigger than what he was used to as well. It just wasn’t his thing. I’ll keep trying. I have since donated the food and I’m sure there is a pup that will devour it!! Thank you for the opportunity to try it :)

Jul 30,2023The food is definitely made thinking about the health of a cat. As i had to gradually feed the cat as I was switching over brands she would sit and meow waiting for more. Each day she would wait for the Natures Hug to be put in her bowl. I have 4 cats out in the shop as well and gave them handfuls like a treat. It was devoured. It is a healthy well thought out diet. Next up is to try the dog food!!

I will definitely think about purchasing this producyonce the bag is done. It also arrived very fast. Very impressed!
