Super quality, really very well made, Perspex cutout around letters is faultless, dimmer works brilliantly and it looks simply stunning, I’m already trying to find a reason and a location to put another one and buy my next piece ! Feb 21,2022Lovely product my grandson loves it. Only downside was that I bought it about a week before his birthday and delivery wasn’t to be until a week after his birthday . I wrote and said could I get it delivered before and was told it would be an additional 40.00 to get it 3 days after his birthday or 100.00 for the day before . As the gift was already over 200.00 I did feel that was over the top. I haven’t seen the sign but my son has said it is well made so I will put that forward on my review. I have seen a picture of it On my grandsons bedroom wall and it looks great . Would I buy from them again - yes but not as a quick turnaround product .

Feb 04,2022To be fair Neon Vibes were great, the product looks great, good price, one of the Y shaped connectors was missing but that was no big deal. Parcel (which was big) was just dumped outside the house and the courier which was FedEx simply logged my name from the label and drove off. Fedex doesn't give you a delivery time - just between 8AM and 6PM so that wasn't helpful. It then started to rain but fortunately my partner arrived home before the package was badly damaged. So it it would have been five stars for Neon Vibes but FedEx's appalling service dragged you down - you may want to consider who you use for fulfilment!

I was given a dispatch date, the sign arrived wonderfully packaged the following day. The product was perfect and easy to hang on my kitchen wall. All in all a great buying experience from start to finish.

Jan 22,2022Hi neon vibes, I would just like to say the customer service and the after sales is excellent the only reason I have scored it three stars is I feel that I have been messed about and been through the mill a little bit to get to where we wanted. the first order I placed in person at the premises and was well overcharged so we had to mess about to have the amount refunded. I then placed an order For the original item at a cheaper web price and decided to purchase an additional item also online, which was straightforward , plenty of correspondence to say that you have received the order and the date it will be delivered. The two signs were delivered only to find that the additional order is completely wrong. So this is where I feel I have been messed about once again as we have now got to mess about to return this item and wait for extended period for it to be replaced with the correct one. Hence three stars. The product that you supply I think is excellent and I have already shared your contact details with others I have explain to what’s happened as above, which just takes the shine off it a little bit Hope this feed back helps Kind regards Craig
