Jul 25,2022Really awesome customer service. One of our lights which we were really happy with fell off our wall after 7 months due to the command strips drying out... Neon vibes confirmed they will replace the light and also look into the issue with the command strips. Next time we'll be fixing it with screws. A little warning to others, go for the screws rather than the supplied strips.

The communication on the ‘assembling and delivery’ process was fantastic and I always felt like I knew what was happening and when to expect! The quality of the item is beautiful!

Jun 13,2022I have been looking for that unique piece of LED/Neon art to finish off our newly decorated front room and Neon Vibes didn't disappoint. Having a good look through their extensive catalogue of lights I couldn't quite find what I was after, so after a quick enquiry email I received an email back advising they could create what I had in mind. This email came through very quickly and the team seemed genuinely excited to create something for me. After a few email's detailing what I had in mind I received an email from Mick with a mock up image of the design, wow! Once I saw this mock up I couldn't wait to see it! I greenlit the design and straight away straight away received my confirmation email. That is what these guys do well, they communicate every step of the way, the best email was the dispatch email! When the light arrived it was extremely well packaged, took me 10minutes to get all the wrapping off! My 5 year old son loves rolling around in the bubble wrap!! You can hang the light either with screwe, holes are pre drilled on the signs base, or hang with the supplied command strips, I over cautious so went with both. The sign comes supplied with everything you need to mount, install and power it. The easy to follow instruction manual tells you step by step how to get your light ready. Our came with a dimmer switch option, again easy to follow instructions made this a breeze to install. It now hung on our wall and I have shown everyone who comes to the house, ive sent loads of pics to friends and family, and plastered it all over my socials! I cannot recommend Neon Vibes enough. Their professional, yet friendly customer service and communication has made me feel looked after from the very moment I first spoke to them. Their extensive range of products is awesome, but the fact they can design what you want to me is a winner!

I just wish they were halal as I could've eaten them whilst admiring my 'it's all about the Cocoa ' neon light 😁.. Thank you - love the lights- will send you pictures !!! P.s I was worried about the warm white colour being too yellow but in actual fact its a perfect soft warm white colour which gives an amazing glow :) 5 stars
