Feb 21,2024After MONTHS of filling in contact forms on other sites, and ringing around to get a Neon Sign made for our Business with nearly zero reply, i'd almost given up. Then I gave Neon Vibes a try. I was actually called back within 15 mins of my enquiry! Mick has looked after me from start to finish. Advised me on what would look good, what would work, and he wasn't wrong! Super Happy! Came ahead of schedule which is a huge bonus as we were cutting it super fine. Couldn't rate highly enough. Great product, great service. What more could you want?! Thanks again Mick.

Dec 28,2023Great neon bar sign! It was delivered on time for Christmas and we are really pleased with it. I ordered the dimmer too, and although it works well and the light looks better slightly dimmed in our house, the dimmer unit is a bit cumbersome and clunky looking. In general though, I'd highly recommend product.

They also went above and beyond to meet our budget and our delivery time, extremely good customer service. And the sign itself is really high quality. Couldn’t recommend more!

Although there are a lot of options on the market, I do not hesitate to say that neon vibes is likely one of the best. The customer service is top notch and the sign is 10/10, better than I could have ever imagined. I would definitely recommend using this service!

Customer service has been second to none, prompt friendly Emails, no problems with any issues. All requests promptly dealt with! Shout out to Mick, great contact.

Sep 21,2023I spent a good couple weeks doing my research and deciding between companies before I finally settled on Neon Vibes. Despite being a more expensive company (although I received a generous discount for the final price) I loved the mock up designs they originally gave me. Ailena who I emailed most was super helpful in answering all my questions as I'm a very particular person. Very happy with the service and communication throughout the whole process. Only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the colour projects a little different to how I imagined it would based on the mock up image but I'm still pretty happy.
