Dan did literally all the hard work of finding my insurance (all within budget) & then contacted me back at an agreed date & time. There’s no doubt I will be using this service again. After our initial consultation, it took several months for me to get into a position where I would actually need to take out a policy, but he was very patient. Throughout the process, he occasionally sent emails just to check in, which was much appreciated. And he has always been most pleasant and helpful on the phone. Would highly recommend.

Simple, informative, patient and knowledgeable are just some of the words I can use to describe Richi's approach to helping me through this process. The yearly reminders are also so necessary for me as I often miss these things. He stuck it out out with me literally to the last minute. Thank you for all your help
