We had extremely short notice to arrange new insurance, and I know Dan worked hard to get us a quote back in little time. Equally, he dealt with changing circumstances as we learned further information about the other parties involved. I was speaking to other brokers at the same time, but Dan came back with the most competitive quote. We got lost in the process until we spoke to James Taylor at Nest. James listened carefully, asked relevant questions, and followed through with a recommendation we feel we can trust. Customer service like this is getting rare but we are glad it still exists. Thank you James.

The consultant was able to get us a lower price and took over any action required to change policies. This was extremely helpful and saved us a lot of time and headaches.
