I required something quite specific and he gave me the space to read the proposal with no pressure at all. During our conversations and emails James was professional and friendly, and kept me up-to-date with everything. He was very polite, friendly and explained my options clearly, whilst finding a great policy that was much cheaper than what I was expecting. He made himself available at times that was convenient for my hectic lifestyle. Dealing with Phil has left me feeling that I have purchased the correct product for my needs.
